A native of Brooklyn, NY and father of four, Al can be found singing, studying, and researching software in his spare time. He enjoys working at SambaCare, saying that Josh and Sam are “models of honesty and integrity”.
Alyson, a New Jersey native, enjoys Zumba, going on walks, and hanging out with her sweet chihuahua, Jayden. Her coworkers are her favorite part about working for SambaCare.
Amanda enjoys sports, crafting, and going on adventures with her four dogs. She loves working at SambaCare because she enjoys the people she works with – and she’s good at what she does!
Aria hails from New York and is studying to be an RN. In her spare time you can find her painting, snowboarding, swimming, and exploring new places. She says the moment she started at SambaCare she felt part of a family.
Barry enjoys nature and biking. A graduate of Beth Medrash Govoha where he received his BA in Talmudic Law and went to high school together with Josh. He enjoys walking with Al and working with a great team.
Hailing from New Jersey, Brianna enjoys coaching color guard and hanging out with her dog, Opal and cat, Thor. She loves the friendly staff at SambaCare where she is the Compliance Coordinator in the Acute Care Department.
A native of Jackson, NJ, Cassie enjoys hiking and beach-going in her downtime. She loves corny jokes and hanging out with her dog, Malibu. She feels that her coworkers at SambaCare are like family.
Charlie lives in Kiryat Hayovel, Jerusalem and enjoys singing, playing guitar, and hanging out with her siblings, who always make her laugh! She feels honored to be part of the SambaCare family.
Cristal, from Asbury Park, NJ, loves cooking, shopping, and spending time with her family. Her nieces and nephews think she's the greatest auntie! She says that Taina makes working at SambaCare amazing.
Devorah is from Harish, Israel and enjoys hiking, music, and cooking for friends and family. She says her team at SambaCare is lovely and that every day brings something new!
A resident of Neve Daniel, Israel, Elisheva loves traveling, art, graphic design, beach-going, movie-watching, and hanging out with friends. She says the environment at SambaCare is warm and team-oriented, that there’s great communication and understanding, and that the supervisor genuinely cares.
Gabby, a resident of Beitar, Israel and mother of ten, enjoys playing piano and getting together with family and friends. She loves working at SambaCare because “we have an awesome team who are dedicated to our jobs and like to produce the best outcome – and we get appreciation for our work!”

Joelle lives in Whiting, NJ and enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her sons, stepdaughter, and her cat, Harley. Her favorite parts about working for SambaCare are the flexibility and supportive management.
A resident of Lakewood, NJ and father of five, Jonah can be found doing light house maintenance or playing hockey in his spare time. He says that SambaCare is “an active and fast-paced environment where everyone gets along unusually well”.
Co-founder and CEO of SambaCare, Josh Bamberger is the driving force behind the firm’s long-term strategy and business development. A seasoned LTC owner and administrator with two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, Mr. Bamberger draws on his innate people skills and keen understanding of the space to foster a healthy working environment — ensuring operations are running smoothly and financing is in place for each step of growth.
Mark lives in Jerusalem, Israel and loves to hike, travel, watch comedies, and crack jokes with his friends. He says his coworkers are nice and helpful, and that “it’s a pleasure to work with everyone here”.
A resident of Lakewood, NJ Miri enjoys hanging out with her friends. She says the environment at SambaCare is warm and team-oriented and she enjoys connecting with the Acute Care nurses virtually. She looks forward to meeting them all in person one day!
Nina lives in Jerusalem, Israel and loves to sing, jog, travel, cook, and laugh at episodes of “The Office.” She says she feels truly appreciated at her work, and that SambaCare is more than just a company – it’s a team that cares about each other.
Omar enjoys gardening and spending time with his four children and three-year-old grandson. He says he has a “great team of colleagues that are fun to work with and always willing to lend a hand when needed”.
Hailing from Whiting, NJ, Rich can be found gardening with his wife or watching basketball games in his downtime. He loves hanging out with his daughter, stepsons, and his cat, Harley! His favorite part of working at SambaCare is being part of a team.
Rivki is from Lakewood, NJ and is going for her Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts. She enjoys cooking for friends and family and loves the atmosphere at SambaCare!
As co-founder and COO of SambaCare, Sam Zytman oversees the full scope of the company’s ongoing business operations, structuring and directing its multiple teams. Sam’s dynamic personality and intuitive ability to connect and collaborate with people from all backgrounds with sensitivity and understanding has allowed him to foster a culture of positivity and teamwork in locations nationwide.
Samantha, a resident of Asbury Park enjoys hiking, cooking, and watching movies. She says she enjoys the environment at SambaCare because it is so positive.
Tali, a resident of Jerusalem, Israel, enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, and corny dad jokes. She loves being part of a growing company with such amazing coworkers. She especially loves her recruiting work and helping others find jobs they enjoy.
Vivian of Costa Rica loves traveling, horseback riding, and movies. Previously a physical therapist, she now works as Samba’s Payroll and AR Manager, and says “the most valuable thing the company has is the way they appreciate and treat their employees.
