A native of Brooklyn, NY and father of four, Al can be found singing, studying, and researching software in his spare time. He enjoys working at SambaCare, saying that Josh and Sam are “models of honesty and integrity”.
Amanda enjoys sports, crafting, and going on adventures with her two dogs. She loves working at SambaCare because she enjoys the people she works with – and she’s good at what she does!
Barry enjoys nature and biking. A graduate of Beth Medrash Govoha where he received his BA in Talmudic Law and went to high school together with Josh. He enjoys walking with Al and working with a great team.
Gabriel from Beit Shemesh, Israel spends his spare time signing, learning, and reading. He received his Bachelors in Business Administration and say he enjoys working at SambaCare because of the great environment and team.
A resident of Jackson, NJ, Jake loves playing basketball and swimming in his downtime. He thinks the working environment and atmosphere at SambaCare is simply the best.
A resident of Lakewood, NJ and father of five, Jonah can be found doing light house maintenance or playing hockey in his spare time. He says that SambaCare is “an active and fast-paced environment where everyone gets along unusually well”.
Co-founder and CEO of SambaCare, Josh Bamberger is the driving force behind the firm’s long-term strategy and business development. A seasoned LTC owner and administrator with two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, Mr. Bamberger draws on his innate people skills and keen understanding of the space to foster a healthy working environment — ensuring operations are running smoothly and financing is in place for each step of growth.
Renee enjoys doing crafts in her spare time, making balloon arches for many different events. She also enjoys spending time with her two children and grandson on the weekends.
As co-founder and COO of SambaCare, Sam Zytman oversees the full scope of the company’s ongoing business operations, structuring and directing its multiple teams. Sam’s dynamic personality and intuitive ability to connect and collaborate with people from all backgrounds with sensitivity and understanding has allowed him to foster a culture of positivity and teamwork in locations nationwide.
Vivian of Costa Rica loves traveling, horseback riding, and movies. Previously a physical therapist, she now works as Samba’s Payroll and AR Manager, and says “the most valuable thing the company has is the way they appreciate and treat their employees.
Yanira has lived in Lakewood her whole life! She loves her daughter and granddaughter and she enjoys working at Samba Care because everyone is treated with respect.
